(g) According to Clause (f) the candidate who is elected after receiving more votes than the quota shall divide such excess votes received by the total votes received by him and multiply the obtained quotient by the value of the votes remaining in the case of the elected candidate and determine the transition value of each ballot paper. , (h) When the majority of votes of the candidate elected as per clause (f) are distributed, the total votes received by the candidate yet to be elected shall be distributed on the basis of the transition value as per clause (g) and distributed on the basis of the candidate who was given priority immediately after him in each ballot paper remaining in the case of such candidate.
